Personalized greeting card - custom illustration

Cards · gifts and events

A greeting card where the picture and the words work together.

A card sits between illustration and graphic design. The drawing leads, but the words matter just as much - together they say what a single line can't.

Why a card

A card people actually keep.

A personalized greeting card is more than paper with "Best wishes" printed on it. It's original illustration, text written to match, a finished design - together they make something the recipient holds on to instead of tossing it out with the wrapping.

I don't make caricatures. I want to draw out the best in people - so even a portrait on a card comes out with warmth and an eye for what matters to the subject.

It also works as a corporate card. Holiday wishes from a brand, event invitations, thank-yous to clients - all with original character that sets you apart from mass templates.

Occasions and forms

All those moments when a template falls short.

Birthdays, holidays, weddings, thank-yous, corporate cards. A single piece or a print run - for an individual or a brand. Form matched to occasion.

  1. 01

    Birthdays and anniversaries

For mum, for dad, for a parents' wedding anniversary, for grandma's 80th. With a portrait or a motif that ties you together.

  2. 02

    Corporate holiday cards

Holiday wishes from the brand to clients. With a logo, but not boring - something that actually stands out in a stack of standard wishes.

  3. 03

    Wedding invitations

A full invitation suite - invitation, extra card, envelope. Stylistically coherent, with original illustration instead of a template.

  4. 04

    Event invitations

Christenings, kids' birthdays, jubilees, company parties, opening events. Personalized graphics matched to the occasion.

  5. 05

    Thank-you cards

A thank-you card for wedding guests, for clients after a finished project, for the team. A small gesture that stays in memory.

  6. 06

    Single handmade piece

One card, one recipient, one occasion - made by hand from start to finish. Up to 10 hand-painted pieces in a set.

Frequently asked

Print, quantity, timing.

The questions clients ask most often when ordering cards - private and corporate. Missing something? Write to me.

01 How does a corporate greeting card work? +

A company, like a person, has its own distinctive traits worth highlighting on a greeting card. We work from a brief - what mood, whether the logo appears, which clients it goes to, whether it should align with the brand book. The result actually stands out in a stack of standard wishes.

02 Wedding and event invitations - does this fit? +

Yes. I offer personalized illustrations and full design - text, layout, print preparation. Two options: print run up to 20 pieces (works for mid-size weddings) or handmade up to 10 pieces (when you want every invitation painted from start to finish).

03 Why do companies send greeting cards? +

Companies send greeting cards to build relationships with clients, partners and employees. They show gratitude, mark important moments and build a positive brand image. A personalized card works better than mass email - it lands in a drawer, not in spam.

04 How long does the personalization take? +

From a few days to about a week for the design itself - depending on illustration complexity, card count and print technique. Add print and shipping time. If you're planning holiday cards, start the conversation at least a month before the planned send.

05 What occasions do companies order cards for? +

Christmas and New Year (the most popular occasion), Easter, company anniversaries, partnership milestones, key client birthdays, project thank-yous. A 'no occasion' card also works - as part of a relationship strategy with premium clients.

06 What's included - just the design or finished cards? +

Two options. First: you get print-ready files (CMYK with bleed) and handle print yourself or at your own printer - this works globally because files travel anywhere. Second: I organize the whole process - print, paper, format, shipping - and deliver finished pieces. The choice depends on quantity and how much time you want to spend on it. For international clients the digital-file option is often the most efficient.

Use cases

Where it works.

  1. 01

    Christmas card for loved ones

Private Christmas or Easter wishes - one original illustration instead of a shop-bought card, sent to family and friends anywhere in Poland.

  2. 02

    Welcoming a newborn

Congratulations on a new baby, for brand-new parents. A gentle illustration and a few words that celebrate right along with them.

  3. 03

    Card with a pet portrait

Instead of a motif, a portrait of the dog or cat as the star. I draw your pet from photos, with a close eye on character.

  4. 04

    Corporate card, no occasion

More than corporate holiday cards. Welcoming a new client, marking a partnership milestone, a premium card with no pretext - with your logo, in your brand colours.

  5. 05

    Mother's and Grandmother's Day

Calendar occasions - Mother's Day, Grandmother's and Grandfather's Day. A portrait of someone close, or a motif that says more than a printed shop card.

  6. 06

    Farewell card for a coworker

For someone leaving the team, a promotion or a retirement - a shared gesture from coworkers, with a motif that genuinely means something to that person.

Good to know

Before you ask.

01How are personalized cards different from shop-bought ones?+

A shop-bought card fits everyone, so it fits no one in particular. Personalized cards I make for a single recipient - with a portrait of the star or a motif that means something to you, and text matched to the occasion. On top of that, original illustration nobody else has. The result is a card the recipient tucks into a keepsake drawer instead of tossing out with the flowers.

02How much do custom greeting cards cost?+

I don't work from a fixed price list, because every order is different. The cost depends on how complex the illustration is, the quantity (a single piece or 200 invitations), the form (print or hand-painting), the paper and the timing. I tailor the quote to what you actually need - you get it after filling in the form, and I reply within 48 hours. Net prices, VAT invoice.

03Can I order a single card, or only a larger run?+

You can order just one. Single pieces I paint by hand from start to finish - up to 10 in a set, when it's about one gift, one recipient, one special occasion. For bigger quantities we go to print: 20 pieces and up, which works well for illustrated wedding invitations or corporate holiday cards. We match the form to how many you actually need.

04Do you paint cards digitally or in watercolour?+

Both. Digitally I work in Procreate and Photoshop, often with paper textures, so the illustration doesn't look generated - it has real character. In watercolour I paint by hand, on paper, and then each card is the only one of its kind. Which technique to pick we settle when you order: digital suits print and larger runs, watercolour suits single, hand-painted cards.

05Do you ship finished cards, and do you take orders from all over Poland?+

Yes. I work with clients from all over Poland and ship finished cards to the address you give. I only take orders within Poland - I don't ship abroad. Single, hand-painted pieces I send once they're done, larger runs once they're printed. If you'd rather handle printing yourself, I can hand over print-ready files for your own printer instead.

06Will I see the card design before print, and can I request changes?+

Yes. First I create the illustration, lay out the typography and the whole design, then I show it to you for approval - before anything goes to print or before I hand-paint the full set. You send your notes, we refine the details together, and only after your sign-off do I finalize. The point is you get exactly the card you want, with no surprises at the end.
