01 How fast do you reply? +
Within 24-48 hours on business days. Weekends I rest from the inbox - if you write on Saturday, expect a reply Monday or Tuesday.
02 What should I write in the first email? +
Project type (book / wedding / event / portrait), planned timeline, a few sentences about what you need. The more context, the more concrete my reply - and the faster you get a quote.
03 Can I get a concrete quote without filling the form? +
Yes - concrete quotes always come after I read the project. You can email directly instead of using the form; same outcome, the form just structures the key info.
04 Do we have a phone or video call? +
Yes, for larger projects (a book, a bigger corporate event) it's a great option. After the first email I'll send a calendar link to book a 30-minute slot.
05 Do you reply to everyone? +
Yes - every inquiry gets a reply. Even if I can't take the project for any reason, I'll point you to where to look next.
